Vantage Senior Care is looking to hire a Director Clinical Services.
This position requires a registered nurse to promote resident health, oversite of community management and daily operations. Travel would be required from community to community based on need.
Cities may include Wood River, IL/ Alton, IL/Centralia, IL
Responsibilities:
· Identify resident care requirements in conjunction with state and local regulations.
· Nurture a compassionate environment by providing support and guidance to community leaders.
· Monitor and record resident condition and document provided care services in partnership with the community Wellness Directors.
· Treat medical emergencies if necessary.
· Follow care regulations and standards.
· Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
Skills:
· Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
· Compassionate with good communication skills.
· Excellent teamwork skills.
· BS or diploma in nursing.
· Assisted Living Executive Director experience.
· Wellness or Director of Nursing experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
